The Ghostbusters of East FinchleyTelevision guest star appearance (UK) Series summary: Series about a young couple investigating tax fraud cases. Role: Terry Summary of Anthony Head's storyline: A young woman, Jackie, works for the local tax office and helps her friend Kevin get a job there as well. They begin investigating tax fraud cases together. Kevin is obsessed with finding information on a man named Thane who employs Kevin's mother and keeps coming on to her. The two discover that Thane may be involved with an auto theft ring. Jackie's mother, Brenda, disapproves of the friendship, in large part because Jackie's father, Terry, left her for Kevin's aunt, Mary. Terry and Mary now live in Spain. In episode 1.05, Terry returns and is waiting for Jackie, along with Brenda. Brenda clearly still has feelings for Terry but he barely acknowledges her. When Jackie comes home, she is less than thrilled to see her father. In episode 1.06, Terry reveals that he and Mary are planning to several cars back to Spain where Terry will sell them through his business. He recruits Kevin's father, Frankie, to drive the third car. Terry then meets Thane at a cemetery and passes him money in exchange for the details of the cars Thane has stolen. Terry meets Mary and Frankie at the warehouse where Thane has kept the cars. However, Kevin and Jackie have tipped off the police, not realizing that Jackie's father is involved and Kevin's father is unknowingly involved as well and both men are arrested. |
