Summary of Anthony Head's storyline: Veronica Ives is on trial for Assault, Theft and Blackmail. Veronica had been sharing a home with Fiona Pringle and Caroline Paradise and those two were helping her run an antiques business. However, Fiona and Caroline, who relied on the wealthy Veronica financially, decided to move out into their own house and start a business of their own, without telling Veronica in advance. Veronica is accused of showing up at the new house and attacking Fiona and pushing her off a patio, causing Fiona to break a leg. Furthermore, Veronica is accused of stealing antiques from the house and threatening to break them.

Timothy Preston-Berry is Caroline Paradise's boyfriend. He is called to the stand to testify. Timothy is clearly not that smart and can't even remember his own address. He testifies that Veronica came to see him the evening before the incident trying to find Fiona and Caroline. He refused to tell her where they were now living but inadvertently let it slip at a later point. He claims that Veronica then warned him to stay away from the house unless he was excited by the sight of blood.

As the trial continues, Timothy remains in the courtroom, but is seen only in reaction shots, especially when Veronica takes the stand and claims that he habitually stole from her house whenever he stayed there with Caroline.

In the end, Veronica is found not guilty of the assault charge but guilty of theft.
