Summary of Anthony Head's storyline: An IRA terrorist is trying to get out of the country and needs a fake passport from a London mobster to do it. Rupert works for the mobster and pops up occasionally throughout the film, usually inflicting violence on someone. In the end, he is on the losing end of a gun fight with the terrorist, who makes Rupert strip off all his clothes and jump from the ship where the fight took place.
