Summary of Anthony Head's storyline: The Fat Slags are Tracey and Sandra, two women from the north of England. They are fat, rude and crude. After blowing up the factory where they work, they are out of their jobs. They decide to head south to London to appear on a chat show.

Wealthy media Sean Cooley is on his way to his offices. With him are his lawyer, Victor Lange, and his assistant Paige. Sean takes a call from the Dahli Lama because he wants to buy Tibet. Sean is suddenly hit on the head by a heavy object and this blow causes drastic changes in his behavior. He sees the Fat Slags on the chat show and thinks they are the most beautiful women he has seen. He orders Victor to find out who they are and how to meet them. Victor meets the Slags outside the BBC and sends them off to meet Sean at a fancy hotel.

Sean decides to make the Slags the stars of a fashion show he is sponsoring. The designer, Fidor, protests when he sees the Slags, but Victor intimidates him into agreeing. The Fat Slags show their usual drunk, obnoxious behavior at the show and are, of course, a massive hit. They become the toast of London.

Sean's behavior continues to be odd and he is ordering Victor to give large amounts of cash to various charities, Victor protests, but ultimately does as he is told. The Fat Slags start to argue over Sean and Tracey goes to see him behind Sandra's back. Sean is about to propose to her when he is hit on the head again. This causes his behavior to go back to normal. He is horrified about his obsession with the Fat Slags and giving away all his money. The Slags end up in prison after they fall from grace and call Sean for help. He shows up with Victor and Paige and the three mock the Slags instead of offering help.

The Fat Slags decide to get revenge by stealing Sean's laptop. They pour chili sauce into the coffee being served to Sean and Victor. The men, somehow not tasting the sauce, drink the coffee and make emergency trips to the toilet. Tracey is lowered into the room, Mission Impossible style and steals the laptop off the desk. They then head back north by bus. Sean is furious about the stolen laptop and wants to know if there was anything illegal on it. Victor finally admits that he was getting the money to buy Tibet from the Russian Mafia. Victor realizes that the Slags are the culprits and chases them by car. They can't figure out how to access the laptop and toss it out the back of the bus, just as Victor has caught up to them. The laptop hits his car and causes him to crash. The Slags end up safely back home while Victor ends up in a full body cast.
